Change

It's heartbreaking when someone close to you doesnt understand you.
One must realise that yes time and situations change.
Nobody is right or wrong.
Nobody is to be blamed.
Time and situations change and so makes a person change.
Someone once said change is the only constant in life.
Yes that someone was right.
Change is the only constant in life.
But when you have a true heartfelt relation, time and situations should not bring a change in your relation.

Being a Woman

As we celebrate Women’s Day today

I wonder why is it just one day has been dedicated to the Woman

Don’t you think each day is to be celebrated as Women’s Day

From the time of birth to the time a woman dies,

She faces all sorts of challenges in Life

Everyday she has to prove that she has a right to live

As a girl, as a daughter, as a sister, as a wife, as a mother

As a Woman, Let us all be proud

Let us all break the shackles of being coward and weak

Let us all prove that Yes we are Women

To me, a woman is everything.

She is the epitome of

Sensitiveness, assertiveness, elegance, beauty and grace

In short A woman is life

What does she want?

To have the freedom of doing what she likes

It’s as simple as that

Journey into the Unknown

Today I enter a new phase of my life
Thoughts churning in my head
Not knowing what is in store for me
But taking each step and crossing each hurdle as it comes
A new chapter in the book of life has started
Full of adventure like a river meandering through the lands
The path sometimes rough and risky; other times smooth as the finest silk
Sometimes sad; other times filled with a joy that touches the heart and soul
But God, please give me the strength
To cross this path of life to face each hurdle that comes across my way
And help me overcome those hurdles
And become a better and stronger person
